Dr. James Romanelli is a board certified plastic surgery who has practiced cosmetic surgery on Long Island since 1990. In addition to his emphasis on cosmetic surgery, Dr. Romanelli is well know for Breast Reconstruction. He is experienced in one-stage or "Direct to Implant" breast reconstruction as well as in the use of the TRAM or "Tummy Tuck" flap for breast reconstruction. He is the Chief of Surgery at Huntington Hospital, and a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgery.
