Posted Tuesday, August 30, 2011, by anonymous Report Abuse I have experienced this myth first hand... I worked out for near 5 hours a day for a year. Had lost over 130lbs, even doing so there were certain spots I could not get rid of... Small portion of my lower stomach, some skin due to the weight loss, and love handles. Even when I was below 10% body fat (very in shape) I still had these issues! Cosmetic surgery was the only solution for my problems :) |
